Stuck in accessory

The accessory in my 2014 Ford explorer will not shut off
have tried pressing the button with out pushing on break to
start vehicle and it still will not turn off I also tried starting
the engine and shutting down and it's still stuck on
accessory how do I over ride it

Got stuck on ice and truck went into low range when I spun my tires. Won’t come out now when I press the button and when I slow down I get a big clunk noise before stopping.
