Heat/air

Asked by Oct 08, 2019 at 09:45 AM about the 2011 Chrysler 300

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When the air or heat is on the vents change without me
selecting a different vent. It will change from the dash
vent to the feet then to the defrost vent. Just recently had
the actuator replaced. That stopped the clicking noisy but
the car is still only blowing heat on passanger side. What
could be cauing the heat not to blow hot on driver side and
the vents changing on their own?

Could be a vacuum or electrical problem created when the actuator was replaced. Might be that you changed one actuator and you need to replace one or two more.
