What is the lifespan of a well maintained 2003
hyundai santa fe? I am looking to buy a used
vehicle and found one with 197,000 miles on it...
Hyundai has to put LONG warranty periods on their cars just too sell them. They're really not very good; compared to most other cars, any way. A Hyundai with that many miles will just be a repair nightmare. If you're looking for reliability with minimal cost to maintain, I'd advise you to look to Toyota or Honda. Of course, any car that old will have problems, but a Hyundai, Kia, or Dodge will eventually make you want to drive the car off a bridge.
