97 Honda civic

Asked by Jul 14, 2018 at 01:24 AM about the 1997 Honda Civic

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car will run for about 30 minutes and
then start blowing water into the reservoir
and it leaks out the top I refill it with water
the car will purr like a kitten, I've checked the
oil, no white smoke out the exhaust.. it
doesn't idle rough nothing the car runs great.
Any idea on what may be causing this? My
first thought was the thermostat but if it
were bad and closed shut it would always
run hot. Any advice or information for a
solution would be greatly appreciated.
