Does a 2006 Nissan Teana have a CVT Gearbox or a Std one, please ?

Often but not always, when traveling at 50kph the gearbox feels as if it is
changing gear up or down or feels like there is an electrical misfire, this can
also be felt sometimes on the open road.What do u think?
