When trying to pop clutch to start truck right rear wheel locks up when clutch is released in any gear

Starter was replaced but when trying to.start it
theres was loud grinding and when trying to pop
clutch to get it started rear right wheel lockups
when clutch is popped but when pressed in truck
moves freely

If it didn't do it before the starter was replaced, remove the starter and see if you can turn the engine with a socket and break over bar on the large bolt that holds the vibration damper on, if it turns ok then something is wrong with the starter alignment and bound up the flywheel. That's about the only thing that can cause the wheels to slide.
