My Toyotta Allion has a problem. When on steep hill it cant accelerate above 40kms per hour and have noticed a funny sound. What could be the problem. Before it used to pick so well.Kindly assist

Obd2 to get started you did not run over Anything I've /seen. Damage tank end fuel line when on a Hill hesitates starves for gas.but extreme case,just obd2 Need a code to start
