How to start a car

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Problems: can't start the car using car remote keys and i tried to change the remote
batteries but still not working even the spare key....#2 everytime i tried to fix the batteries
socket the horn and lights are still going but cannot start the car cause the remote key is
not working I can't open the door....so what do you think is this electrical problem we
seldom to use this car at the moment then suddenly it was happened, pls give some
advice.
