Question type: Maintenance & Repair

OK I just paid a family friend to put on my
head gaskets and got the car back it still had
a bad miss n it and sounded rough but still
ran then as I was going down the road all off
a sudden it sounded like I was dragging
something by my wheel jus a loud knocking
so I pulled over turned it off started it back
and the knocking continued looked under it
and seen u gave a oil leak at the front of the
motor right where the oil pan meets the
motor  so I'm guessing it would b the oil pan
gasket but I'm not to sure I'm a single
mother and lost my job BC of not having
transportation so I can't afford to just guess
any ideas

Asking for advise on online forum is a lot of guessing too. We don't know what your friend did and sounds like they didn't complete the job properly or missed other things. A miss can be caused by a misfire or you have a vacuum leak. Is the CEL on? A knock is probably due to low oil. I think you have multiple issues going on and need to take it to a mechanic for a proper repair. If you want reliable transportation, you need to spend some money, the issue you described has no quick fix. But you can try this. Add oil to the engine to the proper level, and does it run OK? If so, then you can go ahead and just replace the gasket. HTH's
