Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So i replace my starter, got a new battery, and
switch out my actuator pin & that seemed to be the
problem my car was running fine then a couple
hours later the rpms just sky rocketted & when i
pressed on the breaks mt car kept trying to take
off. It felt like the car was trying to drive it self.
When i put it in park the rpms wpuldnt go under 4 .
dpes anyone know what could be wrong?
