It will not hold charge  it will not start

Either a bad battery or a bed alternator failing to properly charge the battery. Or it might be a parasitic electrical drain. See if you can jumpstart the car, then go to a car parts store and have battery & alternator tested. If all this doesn't work, get the car to a mechanic.
