Asked by Sep 25, 2017 at 11:15 AM about the 1989 Plymouth Sundance

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While driving throughout the day and as
the engine temperature increases the Eng.
RPM will steadily begin to be unable to go
past a certain point, starting at about
2500rpm, without surging or studdering.
This will continue to the point of regular
engine idle will be too much and eng
shutdown
Only happens when I drive too much. Aka
don't let the eng cool off naturally
