Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi all. Help!!!!!
My cigarette lighter didn’t work so I
changed the fuse but accidentally shorted
it by touching the lighter component. I now
can’t turn the car over the only thing that
works is electrics, windows etc. Any ideas?
It’s like the immobiliser is stuck on
