Hi, i have 2005 1.6 petrol megane, it sometimes bunny hops when i pull away & "check injection" comes up,only when car is hot,does temp affect coils packs ?

bunny hops only when hot (but still at middle of guage), check injection comes up- been told that it could be coil packs are heat sensitive - can anyone help as it can go for weeks without doing it-took for mot & cos it was revved up with no cool air going thru engine , it did it then !!
