1968 ford 9" posi ?

Asked by Dec 02, 2016 at 12:50 PM about the 1968 Ford Galaxie

Question type: General

I have my XL GT up on jack stands. The car has a Ford 9". When I turn a rear wheel one way, the other spins in the opposite direction. Is it a posi rear or limited slip rear?

That is an open differential. No posi or limited slip.
