will fixed column switch fit moveable column if i extend wires

I'm assuming you're talking about the turn signal switch. Yes, just make sure you use butt connectors of the proper gauge and heat shrink tubing to insulate the wires where the splices are. You don't want any bare wires touching the inside of the metal steering column. Hope that helps! Jim
