MyAcura Integra won't crank

I replace the starter on my wires are good
and still nothing but yet I can still take a
screwdriver and crank it by connecting them
battery cable to my solenoid

    I replaced the distributor coil, rotor, ignitor, and checked fuses but still won't start. The engine isnt siezed. There is power going to the coil and ignitor.
