El camino accelaration issues

My car starts fine and drives fine but as it reaches
around 30mph it sounds different kind of like its
struggling and its like jumping and hard to
accelerate further but when i reach higher speeds
it goes fine again, what could it be?

Maybe the cat is clogged or it is misfiring

Probably time for a tune up and possibly a carburetor rebuild.

check vacuum lines?
