93 z28 Camaro v8

Asked by May 26, 2019 at 01:57 PM about the 1993 Chevrolet Camaro

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a1993 that shuts off when it gets
warm. The fuel pump and relay have been
changed. The plugs and wires and injectors
and Opti spark have been changed also.
It will start back after it sits for a little bit, but
then does it again.
Anyone have any suggestions???

Sounds like a failing ignition control module or ignition coil. Both these parts will often work fine when cool or cold but once they get hot break down and quit until they cool off again. Hope that helps! Jim
