There are two grounds to this battery, they go to each side, positive and neg. or to they go to one side?

Heater Problem

My heater is only working on passenger side. The middle console and the driver side are given cool air. Is it a door actuator problem ? If yes, is the part located above the fuel pedal?

How does the shoulder belt attach to the lap belt. Mine were cut off. Are they sewn? Or is it a buckle thing ? If anyone has a picture I would appreciate a look. Thanks

Engine Running VERY LEAN
