Battery drain

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1992 Olds Trofeo and I have a battery drain.  I have metered all the
fuses and relays that I could find.  I did noticed that when I wiggled the
negative battery cable that I could make the voltage change wildly.  I could
also make it 0.00 out at times.  Could a new negative cable possibly solve the
problem or would this not have any effect on the battery drain?

If you found a drain on a circuit then that is a clue as to what the problem is. Wiggling the ground cable indicates a bad connection, not a battery drain.
