new battery, new alternator, oil change and car still wont start what do i do

Oil change will do nothing to help you, battery and alternator might but you are just swapping parts to see if you hit on something that will correct the "no start". Paul is right, if you don't know what's wrong take it to someone that can properly diagnose the problem and stop throwing parts at the problem.
