Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I want to remove the steering wheel entirely on my 1985 Mercury Grand Marquis. I already removed the hexagon nut behind the horn pad, but there seems to be another disc with 2 holes that fixates the steering wheel. How can I proceed? Do I need a special tool to go on? Thanks!

I figured out myself how to remove it. There are 2 threaded holes in the hub. With a simple pulling tool it is quite easy to loosen the steering wheel and remove it from the steering column.
