white smoke and jerking no warning

I have a 2018 Nissan Murrano and i have white smoke coming out of the
tailpipe and it is jerking at take off and when resuming from a stop. The white
smoke happens then as well. I had a tune up done but it still is smoking and
jerks at times. I need help

That white exhaust you see is actually fog. It's liquid evaporated into the exhaust smoke from a leak that's moving coolant into the cylinders. You likely have a cracked head or leaking intake manifold gasket, if so equipped. This is also the cause of the jerking motion of the engine, as that moisture is fouling spark plugs causing them to misfire. This needs to be fixed NOW because along with the evaporated coolant, you're getting unburned fuel in the exhaust. That coats the O2 sensors and is destructive to the catalytic converter. Any decent mechanic doing a tune-up should have caught that.
