clear code p1260 pats

I purchased  2000 Lincoln navigator from a individual and the car needed a
timing chains replaced. I replaced chains and now i get a code P1260 PATs
and the theft light blinks and the car will not start except for one time a day it
will start for about 15 seconds and die and no start till next day. I scanned
long enough while running for the code above. I need some help on
somehow disabling this theft code are what do i need to do nxt.

The only way to fix it is to have a reputable locksmith or your local Ford Dealer repair the security system. You can't bypass or disable it. Sorry! Jim
