2010 Mercedes Benz c300 won’t start (please help!!)

My 2010 c300 Mercedes won’t start. It was driving
completely normal until I went inside Walmart. I
came out and it wouldn’t start. I put the key into the
ignition and turn it but nothing happens. The radio
can be turned on and the dash works. The
headlights won’t come on and I can’t turn the
wheel. Auto zone tested the battery and said it was
good. All the fuses seemed to be good. Any
thoughts?

Was it the Walmart outside Peoria? Same thing happened to me there. Engine's gone.
