Dealer will have to do a reflash on the computer system. That is what they make a memory saver tool that plugs into the OBD 2 port.

You should be able to find a memory relearn process in your owners manual, either the paper one or you can read them online. For the car's operational memory, it's a process of dumping the electricity from the computer by disconnecting the battery, then running the engine for a specific duration, then driving the car so it can relearn. For your personal settings, like radio stations, you'll have to do that yourself. You might find videos online that show you what to do,
