Car Gurus does not finance cars. For that you need to check with a bank or credit union.

Cash if not financing or Bank Cashier's check that will need to be cashed before handing over the title by going to your bank to cash the check, simply because there is too much fraud going on. Also be careful too, I recently heard that people are selling stolen cars with fake titles, if it is from private seller, make sure he/she go with you to DMV or SOS to register the title. Better safe than sorry.

Doing the transaction at the bank or the DMV is always a good idea. Run the VIN through CarFax to get information on the car.
