I have a 1968 original paint Z-28 with both 302 and Z-28 emblem on the side is this possible

I have a 1968 original paint Z-28 with both 302 and Z-28 emblem on the side
is this possible? So before I paint I need to know to fill the hole or leave them

If its a true Z/28 I would think thats what should be on the front fenders. I would still do a google search just to make shure.

The 302 was an available engine in 68 so it is entirely possible.

NO, The Z/28 cars used 302 emblems on the front fenders until late March 1968 when the assembly line started using Z/28 emblems instead. The a Z/28 emblem and 302 emblem was used on the fender, but never both at the same time. Check the build date on the trim tag. My 04B, April 2nd week built car, has Z/28 emblems on the fenders and is also an original paint car. Any Z/28 before MARCH - mid month will have 302 emblem but after that only Z/28 emblems were used , not 302 or both together. At some point, someone added the extra emblem to your car. It was not that way from factory !
