brake caliper not releasing

passanger side front brake not releasing sometimes

Bad caliper, bad rubber brake hose, ABS unit not releasing pressure, EBCM sending incorrect signals.

Brake hose can collapse internally see if the bleeder can be bled . There's nothing to retract the caliper it simply relaxes , Before I compress the caliper I lift the rubber boot and put a shot of penetrating fluid in there , others can poo on this but after 40 years I've never had to replace a caliper
