What I found is it is not standard back then but an option. A lot of people found it annoying. But just as many like it.

Then you need the exact model and series then you can look it up on the Buick website or if it is at a dealer then they can do it for you.

You can get an RPO sheet from the dealer if you give them the VIN and are willing to do it for you , it has codes for every option on that vehicle
