If your vechical cranks but won't start could your starter be bad

I pulled my vechical in driveway ran fine I
have a f 150 1986 I thought it was out of
gas so I put gas in it I tried starting it again
just ran battery down got new battery still
just cranks but won't start what could it be

Sound,s like a fuel issue,check the fuel filter,then the fuel pump.

Back to the basics... Check for spark, fuel to the carb, fuel filter, plug wires, etc. narrow it down from there.
