My 2013 buick lacrosse loses power

My 2013 buick lacrosse suddenly loses power while driving  and then
reconnects.. radio turns off and will restart after a few seconds. Then all
temperature and radio settings are erased. sometimes the car will not
start.once I stop. There will be no power at all when starting. After a minute
or so it usually will start again, but randomly the radio will again blank out
and restart. I have taken this to the dealer a couple of times and they say
they cannot find any issues. What could be causing this?

The problem has to be ongoing in order to track it down. Maybe ignition switch? just a thought.
