Getting check engine light randomly.

Truck had no issues when i stopped for food.
When i started it back up i got a check engine light,
the P R N D indicators were all yellow and would
not indicate which was selected. Also when in gear
to drive it would not shift. It felt like it was in a high
gear as i had minimal acceleration until i got to 35-
40 mph. After detaching the positive cable on the
battery for 10 minutes all went back to normal. It
has come back twice now. Scanned and got codes
p0480, p0481, p0882, U0109, p025a. Any help
appreciated

sounds like your truck has had communications problems with the computer to some systems. check all of your fuses and relays and check the electrical connections associated with the trouble codes.
