car shimmy's between 35 and 45mph

I have a 2012 jeep grand cherokee w/142,000 miles

Most often, this is caused by a wheel/rim that's bent or out of balance.

142000 miles so most likely some suspension components are worn out. Have a good 4X4 shop check it over. I'm thinking at minimum tie rod ends, but there could be more.
