Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I installed nerd bars on my 2012 gmc Sierra crew
cab 1500 and the now the truck "creeks" when I
turn corners

Did you use antisleeze on them? Did you torque the body mount bolts to 100 foot pounds with a torque wrench not an impact? Did you recheck your torque after 100 miles? Did you install the rubber bushings properly? If no to any answer above start there first it should help a lot.
