A4 cranks but no start where to look ?

Obd says voltage to high then to low. I
checked fuses what had happened
was installing an amp and stupid me
hit power wire and sparked but car still
cranks but will not turn over. Could I
have fried the voltage regulator?

That would not keep it from running, only charging. You blew something out, I'm thinking a main fuse or fuse link out under the hood.
