I don't understand why my car stalls for a specific amount of time.

Asked by Guru9ZH82S Dec 08, 2020 at 10:11 AM about the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country Limited FWD

Question type: General

I have a 2011 T&C Limited, same
issues with stall outs. But the peculiar
thing is that once stalled, I have to wait
EXACTLY 12 minutes before the car
will start again. I have tried many times
to start before this time frame with no
success. Makes absolutely no sence to
me. Anyone have any advice with this
particular situation??

I had a 2005 Chrysler 8 cyl that I loved. It would stall, seemed like, every time I left filling gas. My dealership kept the car a week, but solved it by a complete replacement of the gas tank. Problem went away. They told me Chrysler was aware of the problem. Ask a deal if they are aware of this issue. George
