Nissan Titan SE Electrical Issue

I was trying to install a radio in the truck but it did not fit so I reinstalled the
stock radio but we forgot to attached the antenna cable and didn't realize
until the screws sparked when we put them against the metal. We corrected
that mistake but since then the truck gets stuck in park & we have to pump
the brake pedal to be able to shift out of park. We changed all the fuses in
the truck. Any recommendations before I shell out a mountain of cash would
be great.

There's a solenoid for getting it out of park when the brake is applied , you may have fried it or it may have gone bad by pure coincidence , none of us were born a mechanic dive in ,.

This is why when doing electrical work you plug in a memory saver and disconnect the negative battery cable first, in that order. Jim
