Do you mean “run flat” tires? Stock factory tires were not those. But they were available at that time, maybe a dealer installed item. However if they are that old I would head to a tire shop ASAP and very slowly and carefully and put new tires on it. Even run flay tires will come apart due to old age.

A 13 year old vehicle will not still have the original tires on it and, if by chance, it does you need to replace them before you even think about driving the vehicle anywhere! Jim

The car originally came with run-flat tires. A lot of people don't like how run-flat tires ride or handle and have changed to a more conventional tire. I suggest you do the same.
