There are a lot of things that can cause a no-start condition like you're having, but In most cases, I'd suspect it's leaking injectors. Next time this happens, floor the accelerator and then try to start. This is Wide Open Throttle that is designed to clear out excess gas and prevent the flooding you are now having.

Cam and or crank sensors and ignition module are the most common failures. But this old control relays can overheat and go open circuit as well as fuel pumps. Do you have any trouble codes?
