Can I put a 2003 Mazda 6 V6 with an automatic transmission in a 2007 Mazda 6 s that has a manual transmission

I have a Mazda 6 mm 3 V6 engine and I want to
know if it's possible to put it's in a 07 Mazda 6 with
a manual

You can. Make sure the trans and engine from donor car come with the wiring harness as well. Also - you will have to cut out the spots for the shifter and the clutch pedal. Should already be notched out in your car. You might have to modify the tunnel that fits over the trans.
