Shaft balance problem

My Mercedes E350 sadan 2006 has 70, 000 miles and it is in grate shape
inside out. Local dealer offered $2000 !  If i get a new engine it will cost around
$5000. What would be a better choice.

The car is in great shape but needs a new engine? Five grand might get you a used engine installed but not a new one.
