Why is my trac off light coming on dash?

Without pressing the button, the trac off lighting is
appearing on my dash. Why is this happening? How can I
fix it?

I have a check engine light for P1135 & P1155 as well

Fix the problems that the codes refer to and the engine light will go off. And that will fix the problems youre having with the trac off light.
