Can I replace OEM 205/65/r15 tire with 195/70/r15

Could I go from OEM 205/65 R15
tires to 195/70 R15 if so will that
increase the vehicle height?

The 195's are only 0.2" taller but they are 3/8" (10mm) narrower. I would stick to the stock size but your alternate size will work.
