Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have an 08 lucerne. Started slipping a little from 1st to
2nd. Dropped the pan changed the filter new fluid car
now no longer goes into drive or 3rd. Any
suggestions?!

Sounds like it was never serviced. Most likely it is already too late but try a bottle of Lucas transmission additive for slipping transmissions. But prepare for a transmission replacement.

Time for a new vehicle. Unfortunately GM transmission failures are common. On a 14 year old vehicle it will cost more to fix than the vehicle is worth. Jim
