Misfire on one cylinder should not keep it from starting up, it'll miss but still run. Make sure you have a good fully charged battery, check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4.If battery is ok, spray some quick start in the throttle body to see if it'll start for a bit, if it does, it means it's not getting fuel.

I had Same problem except no codes. I bought a fuel pump but then noticed that the tracking didn't show any rooms while cranking the engine. I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and that fixed it.
