It seems that there's a problem that needs to be diagnosed. If you can't do it, see a mechanic to get codes read and car repaired. Sorry, but I can't do that from here. But there is a simple maintenance item you could check. A clogged engine air intake filter will do that.

You need a live data test, you may have a bad sensor that is sending an incorrect signal. Or it could be a basic engine problem, low compression, worn spark plugs, slipping transmission, etc. Have a good independent shop check it over.
