rav4 shuts down, and locks up

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My wife sez she made a right hand turn, car shut down, and she couldn't turn
the steering wheel...came to a stop...then started back up....a while later,
another right hand turn..did the exact same thing...Is this consistent with a
loose screw in the fuse box, I checked the battery & it as snug...but I din't
check any of the wiring...we've just takin it to the shop, but they haven't gotten
to it yet...or is it fuse connectors?  Exactly what shoud we tell them to look at
