Scrap yard will probably take it, anyone who knows about these vehicles won’t buy it.

You can sell it to the scrap yard , Those cars are junk off the assembly line

An eleven year old Kia with a seized engine might make a good parts vehicle for someone. Sell it to your local junkyard for scrap value and move on. Jim
